He Fills A Mold With Hot Glue. The Finished Product Is An Otherworldly Delight

I’v seen glow-in-the-dark stars adhered to ceilings to create indoor constellations, but this tutorial teaches us another way to incorporate celestial decor into our rooms. I’m constantly impressed by others’ ingenuity when it comes to crafts, and Robert (via Kin Community) proves that there are no limits in crafting creativity. Simply by using glow-in-the-dark hot glue, a silicone baking mold, some wire, and white thread, he creates a one-of-a-kind room decoration that’s perfect for both kids and kids at heart.

This star mobile is a wonderful way to display a constellation of your own creation, but there’s plenty of room for you to add some personal touches to this project.

Though Robert only uses stars for his mobile, you can try incorporating different shapes, like moons or planets depending on what silicone molds you find, into your mobile. Or, you can depart from the space theme entirely and opt for a different look with animals, flowers, or whatever your heart desires. It might even be fun to use letter-shaped molds to spell out a name.

Watch this fun tutorial in the video below, and be sure to share your thoughts on this project with us in the comments section. Would you hang this mobile in your home?
