One of my food weaknesses is anything Italian. No cuisine is as widespread as Italian, and while it lacks the high finesse of its French rival, its simplicity is part of the attraction. I’m not sure I can justify why I love this type of food so much so instead, here is a divine recipe that will make you never question my passion. Easy Italian Chicken Bake says it all in the name. It is super easy to make, extremely tasty and flavorful.
To make this dish, you will need:
3 chicken breast
(Seriously, that’s it!)
First, preheat your oven to 450° and prepare a baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray. Next add three chicken breasts. Paste on pesto sauce liberally, and top with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. The cheese should be brown with a palatable finish. You can pair this delight with pasta al dente, your favorite vegetable or a simple salad.
