A woman in Phoenix, AZ and her two dogs had just gotten into a serious car accident, with their car flipping over three times before skidding to a stop on the side of the highway. Then, one of the dogs, a Shih Tzu puppy that was undoubtedly terrified, escaped and took off down the busy highway.
That’s when two police officers who were at the scene jumped on their motorcycles and dove into traffic after him. This had me on the edge of my seat!
